  • Payments How do I pay for a Slysys purchase?

    We offer you numerous payment methods. You can choose any online mode of payment with complete safety assurance as we use are associated with trusted payment gateway partners who use secure encryption technology to keep complete confidentiality of all the transaction details.

    You may use Netbanking, Cash on Delivery (COD), E-Gift Voucher (eGV), and Flyte Wallets to make your purchase.

    Slysys also accepts payments made using MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and American Express credit/debit cards.

  • Are there any hidden charges involved when I make a purchase on Slysys?

    There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Slysys. The prices listed for all the items on the website are final and inclusive of all. The price you see listed on the product page is what you exactly pay.

    Delivery charges may be additional depending on the seller’s policy. Please verify it from individual seller for the same.

  • What is Cash on Delivery?

    If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Slysys.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method in its place. Using COD, cash payment can be done, at the time of actual delivery of the product reaching at your doorstep.

    It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers (eGV) or store credit cannot be used for COD orders made. Foreign currency cannot be used for a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees (INR) accepted.

  • How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

    We accept payments made by debit/credit cards issued in both India and overseas.

    Credit cards:
    We accept payments made using MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and American Express credit cards.

    To pay using your credit card, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your Credit/ Debit card). After entering these details, it will redirect you to the bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

    Debit cards:
    We accept payments made using MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa debit cards. To pay with your debit card, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your Credit/ Debit card; optional for Maestro cards). Then you will be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

    Internationally issued debit/credit cards cannot be used for Flyte, Wallet and eGV payments/top-ups.

  • Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Slysys?

  • What steps does Slysys take to prevent card fraud?

    Slysys realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection. We and our associated online payments partners examine transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.

    In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the operation/transaction is kept on hold, and within the time, the customer is requested to provide his/her identity documents. The identity documents help us make sure that the purchases were indeed made by an authentic card holder. We make an apology for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

  • What is a 3D secure password?

    The 3D secure password is implemented by MasterCard and VISA in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “MasterCard Secure Code” services, respectively.

    The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password is known only to you as you created it. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

  • How can I obtain the 3D Secure password for my debit/credit card?

    You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your respective bank’s website or else on you first payment using the credit/debit card it would prompt you to assign a 3D Secure password.

  • Can I use Netbanking feature to make a payment?

    Yes. Slysys offers you the convenience of using your bank’s Netbanking service to make a payment for your order. Through this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while carrying out a highly secure transaction.

  • Can I make a credit/debit card or Netbanking payment on Slysys through my mobile?

    Yes, you can make credit card payments through the Slysys mobile site and application. Slysys uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.

    How does 'Instant Cashback' work? The 'Cashback' offer is instant and exclusive to Slysys.com. You only pay the final price you see in your shopping cart.

    How do I place Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?

    All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.

    Add the item(s) to your cart and continue to checkout. When prompted/asked to choose a payment option among several options, select ‘Pay by Cash on Delivery’. Enter the CAPTCHA text as displayed on the page below, for authentication.

    Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment within the time specified, from the date of confirming the order. You will be required to make a cash payment, at the time of delivery of your order, to our courier partner to complete the payment.

  • What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charges depend on each seller. Please verify it with the individual seller. Some sellers might waive off the delivery charge if you place an order with them for a minimum purchase value.

    In some cases, items below a certain value are listed with a delivery charge. In such a case, the seller incurs relatively higher shipping costs on such respective items. Charging a nominal shipping fee helps the seller offset logistics costs.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude Sundays and all public holidays. Please verify it with the individual seller to determine the respective delivery time. Expected delivery time depends on the product's availability with the seller, and the delivery time could vary from each seller offering the product.

    • 'In Stock' For items listed as "In Stock", sellers will mention the delivery time as 2-3 business days (in areas where standard courier service is accessible). Sometimes, items have to be imported by sellers from outside Dubai. These items are mentioned sometimes as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.
    • 'Out of Stock' Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
  • Are there any hidden costs (Octroi, Sales Tax etc) on items sold by sellers?

    • Why does the expected delivery time vary from seller to seller?

    • You probably have noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are fascinated in. Delivery times are opinionated by product availability, location of the seller etc.
  • Why seller does not ship to my location?

    There are instances when the seller cannot ship to some location. This could be an outcome of general regulations or serviceability issues. At times sellers might prefer not to ship to certain location. This is entirely based on the seller’s discretion.

  • I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

    To initiate a return, you can contact us. We will give you a call explaining the entire process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item to be returned. In case, the pick-up cannot be set, you can return the item through any third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the seller.

Warranty Policy

  • Our Warranty Policy

    SLYSYS.com, as an Authorized distributor/retailer, warrants the product against any manufacturing defects for the period and type of warranty mentioned on the card.

    The Limited Warranty is Valid only in the SLYSYS Outlets of purchase unless specified on the warranty card. For all purchases from SLYSYS E-store please refer to the proof of purchase (invoice) for warranty type and period.

    The warranty covers Limited Products. Please refer to Manufactures terms and condition available in the box/websites.

    For all Accessories, the warranty terms and conditions shall be applicable as warranted by the manufactures, External and supplied accessories, as well as those purchased separately, are not subjected to the scope of this limited warranty

    To avail warranty service, Please Bring the Product or shipit and to the nearest SLYSYS Service care Labs, Service, repair or alterations by any personal other than SLYSYS Authorized Service centers will invalidate this warranty.

    The limited warranty does not cover any damages due to accident, transportation, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, humidity, rust, gradual deterioration due to wear and tear, cosmetic modification, drop damage/liquid damage and use with voltages other than designated or operation in a manner not in accordance with the manufactures instruction manual. In such events or attempts to service, and if the product is found to be non-repairable. SLYSYS shall not be held responsible to return the handset in the original state.

    All Personal data, Third party or try & buy applications shall not be warranted under this limited warranty

    This limited warranty is not transferable and will not be honored if the IMEI or serial no. of this product is removed, altered or obliterated or there is misrepresentation in any other form.

    Repaired Product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. In case of any manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or fixed, SLYSYS is authorized to replace only the some products as per the manufactures troubleshooting and warranty replacement guideline.

    If the handset is beyond economical repair and has reached end of life, we may, at our absolute discretion, replace your handset with a suitable equivalent model of same brand.
